Will the AgentAssist System work with my MAC or Linux? Currently we are in the process of creating versions for MAC& Linux, but these versions are a couple of months away at least, but for now we are optimized use for Windows since it is still the prevalent OS in the US

Will my AgentToolbar work with Firefox? In the next few weeks we will release a toolbar version for Firefox, but at this time the toolbar is for use with Windows Internet Explorer.

How do I log into the Agent side of the Live Web Presentation?
Simply go to Spider Mind AgentAssist Live Web Presentation Log In Page and enter your UserName (your e-mail address) and the password you chose in the beginning of the sign up process. Once logged in simply click the "Share Desktop" button. This will open the "meeting" and when a prospect clicks on the "web conference" buttton on your AgentSite Homepage, they will automatically be connected to your "Meeting"(This will share your ENTIRE Desktop - note: the prospect sees ALL of your desktop, not just an open browser window, so if you have private stuff you don't want them to see, close or minimize the private stuff)

Live Web Presentation Log-In tips: Once you get to the Live Web Presentation Log-In page bookmark it as a "favorite" so that you can go there with one click the next time you want to use it. Also after you have entered your username and password but prior to logging in, Check the "Remember Me" box, and the next time you open the Log-In Page you will go automatically to the "Share Desktop" button the next time you open the Live Web Presentation page.
